Coalition for Rainforest Nations Secretariat
The Coalition for Rainforest Nations (CfRN or the ‘Coalition) seeks to reverse deofrestation by 203 under the Paris Agreement. It assists tropical governments, communities and peoples responsibly manage their rainforests. Launched by Coalition members in 2005, the United Nation’s UNFCCC REDD+ Mechanism, designed to incentivize conservation and contribute to the battle against climate change, now includes around 90% of the world’s remaining rainforests. In 2015, UNFCCC REDD+ was enshrined in the Paris Agreement as Article 5 and agreed by over 190 countries. Since inception, it has helped reduced 4 billion tons of emissions. In 2025, the first private partnership was agreed to finance forest conservation in Suriname and Honduras.

We can save the oceans and feed the world. Oceana is the largest international advocacy organization focused solely on ocean conservation. We run science-based campaigns and seek to win policy victories that can restore ocean biodiversity and ensure that the oceans are abundant and can feed hundreds of millions of people. Oceana victories have already helped to create policies that could increase fish populations in its countries by as much as 40 percent and that have protected more than 1 million square miles of ocean. We have campaign offices in the countries that control close to 25 percent of the world's wild fish catch, including in North, South and Central America, Asia, and Europe.
